We’ve all believed in a dream sold to us, Social Security, a pension plan, 401K, Life Insurance Savings Plan, and now realize it was too good to be true. When you’re 75 or older, your home is in need of expensive repairs, and you realize the dream turned out to be a cat nap, not at all what you were sold, you just need a little help.

We don’t do major home makeovers. We work to repair what needs repair, like the roof, heating a cooling systems, doors and windows. Extreme Home Makeover was well intended. But most of those folks lost their homes when the tax man came calling. Our goal is to keep these low income seniors in their home. The home they raised their children in. The home their grandchildren visit. The home they want to spend their last day in.
